BRENWOOD SPC (“Stone Plastic Composite”) vinyl flooring is the evolution from conventional vinyl flooring in the existing market. This unique flooring option has evolved over time and became an attractive option for customers. It is an engineered luxury vinyl that combines limestone and stabilizers to create an extremely durable and rigid core that is 100% waterproof and less susceptible to expansion compare to other vinyl and timber flooring products.
1. Wear Layer
The wear layer is the top layer that is transparent and anti-UV to provide the required resistance to scratch, stain and color fade.
2. Decorative Layer
Each SPC vinyl floor will have a thin layer of vinyl that contains the pattern, texture and color way of the flooring.
3. SPC Core
The SPC core is made by combining limestone powder and stabilizers to create a dimensionally stable, rigid and waterproof core.
4. EVA Underlay
The EVA underlay is a superior underlay for flooring compare to conventional PPE underlay. It provides a better compensation to floor unevenness and sound insulation.
